Summer Camp Ministry

On July 17th our good friend Kim Jackson will fly into Burgas all the way from Washington DC! The teens, who she met at summer camp last year are so excited to see her back. In honor of Kim - such a distinguished guest - the streets of the city have been thouroughly cleaned and artistically decorated. :) Kim will lead the second part of her photography camp that she began last year. She is a passionate photographer and the teens just love her creative genius and the way she expresses her love for the Lord through arts. The theme of July's camp will be "Dare to be a Daniel in your own generation". Pray for all the children and teens that we will minister to! We believe God for the rising of many Daniels from among the youth in Bulgaria today.

Teen Ministry Leadership Training

July 8-10, New Hope Bulgaria will launch a new project with the goal of empowering and equipping the churches in Bulgaria to develop and grow their teen ministries. We will have teen ministry workers and their volunteers join us for a 3 day training in Burgas, Bulgaria. The participants will coming from various church backgrounds and denominations and our guest speakers will be Rei Abrudan and Cosmin Cret from the Romanian office of New Hope in the city of Cluj. Please, pray that the Spirit of the Lord moves to inspire, encourage and bless the participants with fresh ideas as we gather to explore God's Word and learn from each other.

Upcoming events

Serving the needs of the churches for starting and developing teen ministries is one of New Hope's strategic goals. We are glad to announce that in July, we will launch the project for teen ministry leadership training. This initiative of New Hope Bulgaria is made possible thanks to our partners Church of the Palms from Sarasota, Florida and the Minnesota Coalition for Eastern Europe from Minneapolis.
