Teen Ministry Leadership Training

        This July, we had the privilege of hosting our co-workers Rei and Cosmin from New Hope Romania! They came to help us launch our teen and youth leadership training project. What a blessing they were for us and for the participants that joined us for the training, coming from churches in the cities of Burgas, Sofia, Sliven, Yambol, Kardzhali, Varna and Hissar. Rei and Cosmin shared out of their experience in ministry to teens and youth and their creative approaches were exactly what made all the difference in our training sessions. 

      Rei and Cosmin quickly broke the ice (if there was any ice at all) and began to interact with the teen ministry trainees. Their genuineness and excitement in sharing what the Lord has blessed them with was a real catalyst for fellowship and exchange of ideas.

      We had participants from several cities in Bulgaria and our desire was to create a friendly environment where everyone is open to share and exchange ideas. All trainees were given the chance to share about their life and ministry and in the end, we all exchanged contacts. New Hope will stay in contact with all participants and provide resources and ideas for their ministries to teens in the church and in their respective communities.
